Chapter 2: The newcomers
Recap:
Steve is 8 years old and still can't use his ability. Therefore his foster father Chiko Persica trains him to be a good fighter.
Chiko is the coach of this "school", he's very strict and every kid gets afraid when he begins to shout. But when Chiko and Steve are alone, he is a kindhearted foster father who takes good care for his foster son.
When Steve was five years old everyone was making fun of him especially the kid with the "Ring of Stones"-ability.
